Growing up in France, founder Jeff Aziakou loved the European tradition of something sweet at the end of each meal. After moving to the US, he craved those little indulgences, but baking felt like a chore.
He became obsessed with the dessert- in-a-jar format from his childhood - the layers, textures, classic recipes - and decided to make a product that would recreate those nostalgic flavors in every bite.
As a Black-owned business operation in Philadelphia, we are a small team with big dreams to elevate Amerian recipes across cultures, regions, and seasons. We are excited to partner
with UNFI to grow our presence in the Mid-Atlantic. Thanks for being part of something sweet!
Dimi- short for (dimi)nishing portion size - is making dessert more accessible, convenient, and fun. Our line of cake includes delicious classics like Raspberry Cheesecake, Vegan Carrot
Cake, and Chocolate Fudge Cake - baked directly into glass jars.
