  Customer Experience is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
TERMS
• All accounts are paid via UNFI-initiated ACH debit unless previous arrangements have been made.
• All accounts must complete a credit application prior to receiving an account number.
• Our minimum order is $1,500 for all retail accounts. Weekly orders are required to maintain account status. If
weekly order frequency is not maintained, account status may be inactivated without notice. Any outstanding
product returns at the time of account inactivation will not be picked up by UNFI, nor will credit be issued.
• The minimum order for shipment by UPS is $150 and pick-ups at our Warehouse are $350.
• Delinquent accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) and loss of volume discount.
• Checks returned unpaid are subject to a $25 penalty and loss of volume discount.

We guarantee the quality and salability of all our products. In the case of damaged or spoiled merchandise, follow Credit and Returns policy on the following pages.

Please feel free to call us for any needs that you may have — our resources are extensive. If you are opening, expanding or resetting a store,we can help you with store layout and equipment contacts as well as product mix and placement. Barcoded shelf labels and custom catalogs are available at no charge to all stores. Contact your sales representative for assistance.
SPLIT CASES & EACH MINIMUMS
We offer “split” case purchasing on many items. These items are indicated by an asterisk (*) after the product number, after the EA in the unit column. All grocery products purchased in less than full quantity are subject to a split case surcharge. Also, split cases are not available for monthly discounts. Items that are designated by an asterisk (*) will be shipped as a minimum of 3 units on orders placed up to 3 and then the true amount ordered will be sent (i.e. order
4 units, receive 4 units). Items that are designated with an ampersand (&) will be shipped as a minimum of 6 units on orders placed up to 6 and then the true amount ordered will be sent (i.e. order 8 units, receive 8 units).
