Liam's frozen single-serve entrees are free of the top 9 allergens and produced in a dedicated facility. There is nothing else like it on the market today. Our brand was created out of necessity
by a mom who grew exhausted from cooking all of her family's meals from scratch because there weren't any easy options that met her son Liam's dietary restrictions. We are available in 500 stores in the U.S. Today we offer 4 skus: Chicken Alfredo Rotini, Beef & Pea Pods, Tangy Pulled Pork and Cheezy Rotini. We do not have any gluten in our products
or facility. Our goal is to make allergy- friendly food that everyone will enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions.
Safer Plate is now Liam’s. Founded in 2019, and originally focused on meal kits, but soon realized a greater need based on feedback from customers for a quick, more versatile option. Liam’s offers four frozen meals, all free of the top allergens and is available in over 100 grocery stores across the country.
