Lane Levine hated bread growing up - always too soggy. When he had to bring bread to a dinner party one evening and his local bakery was closed,
he made his first loaf of bread. Experimenting with sourdough gave him the chewy, crusty, un-soggy bread he had always craved. When he started
his own bread business, his customers would tell him about their delicious grilled cheese creation. So he packaged and froze their best ideas!
